Recent updates also introduced town exploration in Emberwake, a card game called Glutkrone played in the tavern, and a relic hall where players assemble, awaken and forge items with combat and non-combat effects.
Weekly titans and a series of world bosses provide additional challenges with their own stories and loot. Dungeons offer thirty-five bosses across normal, heroic and mystic tiers. All of these systems feed into the same shared progression and remain available after each Ashfall once unlocked.
Cosmetic Options and Account Features
Visual customizations such as hero backgrounds are available as direct purchases. The Wound background changes only the image shown behind the hero in the character window and on the combat card. It applies across all ten save slots on an account and does not alter stats, unlock content or provide any gameplay advantage.
