Should You Buy Now or Wait?

Here is the honest read: the Resident Evil remakes hit these levels a few times a year, so 75 to 80% off is a genuinely good moment rather than a fluke. Green Hell at 90% off is about as low as that one goes, so no reason to wait there, and The Forest and the Ori games are near their usual floor too.

The one caveat is timing. The Steam Summer Sale is only a few weeks out, so if a title is 'only' at 75% and you can sit on your hands, it might dip a touch further then. For anything already at 90%, though, you are basically at the bottom, so grab it now and start playing.
