STORY
彼此是青梅竹馬的兩人──悠月與璃音，兩人分別已久。
某天，悠月在回家的路上遇見了好久不見的璃音，正當為引頸期盼的重逢高興時，
讓人難以接受的現實卻擺在眼前，此時的璃音已經遇上意外、化為只有悠月能看見的幽靈。
隨後，為了參加告別式，悠月帶著璃音回到陪伴兩人長大的家鄉，
路途中，曾經走過的點點滴滴，讓人不自覺回憶起從前的時光，觸動深藏在心中的思念。
最後，即將邁向幸福的兩人──在流星雨到來時，會許下什麼樣的願望？
