About Throne of Egypt

Throne of Egypt - about the game

The gods always watched over the peace, order and well-being of people entrusted to them. They followed the pharaoh, who was the embodiment of the Great Ra.

Calm reigned for a long time in the lands of prosperous Egypt, until Ay took the throne.

His reign was marked by harsh laws, brutal punishments and seas of blood shed in countless wars. So the Kingdom would have drowned in its own suffering if the tyrant had not been killed by his own brother, the heir to the throne Khyan.

However, having violated the laws of life, the powerful Set returns Ay from oblivion, threatening the world with a new war, only this time between the gods.

Will the resurrected Ay be able to remain a significant part in this game or will he become just a toy in the hands of a deity?

Will the young Pharaoh Khyan be able to return peace to these lands, or will he, on the contrary, plunge them into hopeless Chaos?

  • Two main characters with their own unique storyline;

  • Each character has four love interests of their own. There are eight of them in total;

  • The opportunity to plunge into the world of intrigue and secrets of the gods of Ancient Egypt;

  • Search for memories;

  • Unique soundtrack;

A young Pharaoh who recently ascended the throne. Ignored for most of his life, he preferred having fun. Therefore, when a huge responsibility fell upon him, Khyan was completely unprepared for it.

Sharp-tongued, frivolous and capricious, he loves to be the center of attention and embarrass others. But is the young Pharaoh really that careless, or is this just a mask?

Deity of wisdom and advisor to the Pharaoh. Exceptionally smart, has deep knowledge of magic and politics, which, however, only feeds his arrogance. He is extremely sarcastic and disdainful of mortals, constantly making caustic remarks towards them.

He doesn’t think Khyan is capable of becoming a worthwhile Pharaoh, but perhaps he would be able to prove the opposite to the arrogant deity?

Lord of heaven. Being the son of Osiris and Isis, who are the main gods among others, he always basked in admiration. Many saw him as a protector and future leader.

Everything changed after the betrayal of his uncle, Seth, the fight with whom not only ended in defeat, but also deprived Horus of his eye. The gods were disappointed in him, and a thirst for revenge flared up in the heart of Horus.

Stays distant. Because of his straightforwardness, he seems rude, but maybe Khyan will be able to find a common ground with him?

God of land waters with a dubious reputation and a dark past. He killed the previous gods of the Nile to rule it alone. Because of this act, the rest of the pantheon began to fear and avoid him.

He is always on his own mind, loves to make fun of the gods and watch their reactions from the outside.

Sobek shows interest in Khyan and seems supportive, but is this really so?

A mysterious serpent that appears to Khyan in visions. He is friendly and strongly supports the young Pharaoh in his actions, but should he be trusted?

In childhood and adolescence, Ay was a calm and obedient child, not distinguished by anything except his origin. Everything changed after the death of his father: it seemed that power had consumed the heart and soul of the new Pharaoh. He became cold and aloof, did not tolerate advice and instructions, even from the gods.

Inspired by the idea of elevating Egypt, Ay began several bloody wars. The wars ended in victories, but he himself fell at the hands of his brother.

Will Ay's thirst for war subside, or will revenge fully cloud his mind?

God of war and sandstorms. Wanting to seize power over the rest of the pantheon, Set killed his brother Osiris. However, the attempt was a failure, and Osiris was resurrected, and Seth himself was forced to go on the run. For a long time no one could find him, and the gods began to forget about the possible threat, but Seth returned.

Cunning and sarcastic, he assures Ay that they have the same goal. But is that really so?

God of funeral rituals and assistant of Osiris at the judgment of the dead. He is the son of Seth, which earned him sideways glances. The attitude towards him softened only after he resurrected Osiris.

Anubis' powers are associated with death and corpses. He is unsociable, silent and gloomy, which frightens many gods.

Having conspired with Seth, it was Anubis who resurrected Ay. Will the Pharaoh be able to find a common language with the god or will he become Anubis' next experiment?

Sun god. Although Ra is the supreme god, he entrusted all power over mortals to other gods, focusing on his divine deeds. Every day he illuminates the mortal world and the underworld, protecting people from evil, even if this means voluntarily reducing his role to a mere tool.

Trust in children and isolation from the world played a cruel joke on Ra, freeing the hands of the other gods. But how long will this state of affairs last?

Mysterious stranger who will appear in future episodes.
