PorBor is a Metroidvania where you explore a civilization mutated by nature and gods alike, all stemming from one destructive event. You are "Bor" and need to wander around while finding different items, abilities, colorful yet haunting locations, and importantly... Bugs.
This saturated/pixelated game has over dozen different areas to find, each with their own unique colors, strange flora, lore, and cute/creepy creatures. There are many different orders you can explore these areas in resulting in a slightly different playthroughs for everyone
Combat is quick and reactionary. Bosses and enemies alike will force to you act fast and take risks. Supported by the movement which is snappy and untethered
if you wish to survive you need "Kilt" which appears when you draw blood from foes. Kilt is pushed away from you when created, meaning if you want it you have to remain close. As such this game rewards fast reaction time, smart positioning, and a willingness to take risks.
Concurring PorBor means when you approach the end you have to excel at all three. If you do... then and only then you can learn what lays beyond the eyes of...
