TEM18DM Diesel Shunting Locomotive
This DLC adds a highly detailed model of the TEM18DM diesel locomotive to ZDSimulator — one of the most widely used shunting and light freight locomotives across the post-Soviet region. Designed for non-electrified yards and industrial railways, it offers powerful diesel traction and realistic control experience.
History
The TEM18DM is a modernized version of the TEM18 series, developed by the Bryansk Machine-Building Plant (BMZ). Serial production began in 2008. The locomotive is designed for heavy shunting duties and hauling freight trains at sorting yards and industrial hubs.
