How to Redeem PlayStation Store Code

Redeeming a PlayStation code is simple. Here is how to do it on your console or in a browser.

Sign in to PlayStation Store
On your PS5 or PS4, open the PlayStation Store with the account you want to use. You can also sign in at store.playstation.com in a browser.

Open Redeem Codes
Open your profile menu and choose Redeem Codes.

Enter your 12-digit code
Type in the code exactly as shown.

Confirm
Select Redeem and follow the prompts. The game or content is added to your account, ready to download.
What is a PlayStation code?
A 12-digit code that adds a game, add-on, or wallet funds to your PlayStation Network account. Once redeemed it is linked to your account.
Where do I find my code?
Check the order confirmation and the email from the store where you bought it. Many stores keep it in your account history as well.
Code not working?
- PlayStation codes are region-specific. The code has to match the region of your PSN account, so a code for one region will not work on an account from another.
- Retype it carefully, and watch for 0 vs O, 1 vs I, 8 vs B.
