Go throw your lot in with a crew that spends its days plotting night raids. Word is their leader, "Peacock," is a full-blown revolutionary — competent, reliable, and looks absolutely nothing like the chaos he causes. Follow him and people will call you insane, but hey, you might just help pull off something legendary. And you'll live like a king while you're at it.

Go seek out Pei Wenzhen, master of the Spring Rain Pavilion. This guy — what a character. Filthy rich, generous to a fault, the kind of man who could drop a few silver crumbs and feed a commoner for life. You don't need strength or faith to roll with him — just a functioning brain and a willingness to follow instructions. He'll pour you wine with a smile and invite you to all the finest pleasures. Though what hides behind that smile?

What you're getting into:
Setting: A purely fictional ancient fantasy world — no real history here, we made it all up!
Genre: Wuxia / political intrigue / pseudo-Cthulhu — we've got a little of everything. Which flavor hits hardest? That depends entirely on the choices you make.
Tone: The script might read like a comedy show, but the story itself? It's dark. Like, really dark. Some of those endings will haunt you in ways you didn't sign up for.
Gameplay: Mostly a text-adventure visual novel, with light puzzle elements sprinkled in.
The numbers, because we know you're curious:
400,000+ Chinese characters of script (no idea how many words that is in English — a lot, probably?)
50+ endings — and a single route takes about 8–10 hours on your first run (puzzles slow you down the first time; second time you'll breeze through much faster)
30+ characters to meet, befriend, betray, or get betrayed by
350+ CGs — just for the first main route. We didn't even count properly. Across all three planned routes? Expect that number to break four digits. Honestly, you'll see for yourself when you play.
Mature Content Description：
It's a wuxia political intrigue story, so some fighting and killing is inevitable — but nothing extremely gory or graphic.
One particular character is, shall we say, a bit loose, so technically there's a tiny splash of suggestive content (very, very little). Nothing explicit though. If your parents walk in while you're playing, you probably won't have to panic-exit.
Since this is pseudo-Cthulhu, there's some mildly fantastical horror — but no jumpscares, no flashing lights, no terrifying imagery. It's all the slow-burn, quietly unsettling kind... the stuff that creeps up on you later. (The developer has a weak heart and exercised restraint, so rest assured!)
A quick, slightly embarrassing note to our international friends:
So, uh, I accidentally opened the English mode and now I can't figure out how to turn it off. This English page is basically me winging it — the game itself will launch in Chinese only. An English translation might happen down the road, but no promises yet!
Also, fun fact: this entire production is a one-person disaster show. All the writing, all the art, all the programming, and even most of the music — that's just me, fumbling through it all. So things are chaotic, messy, and I absolutely cannot figure out how to turn off this English settings page. If an English version ever does come out, it'll probably be... late. Very late.
