Grapplania - about the game

Master momentum in this 2D platformer by wielding a chain whip to swing across gaps. Lynn tackles an abandoned castle packed with treasure, latching onto points to build speed and reach distant spots. Retro pixel graphics channel late 80s and early 90s classics, paired with old school difficulty that demands precision. Players hunt every hidden collectible amid treacherous obstacles. The whip mechanic drives fluid exploration and launches. Hardcore action fans who relish tough, rewarding challenges will find their match.



Grapplania is a 2D platformer with a focus on momentum. Join Lynn, a descendant of a long line of whip-wielding warriors, on an adventure through an abandoned castle filled with treasure. The journey will be treacherous, but with the help of her family’s chain whip, Lynn is more than capable of circumventing the many obstacles to be faced.



  • Master the whip – Build momentum after latching onto points with your whip to launch yourself to areas normally out of reach.

  • Retro art style – Enjoy pixel graphics inspired by classic games of the late 80s and early 90s.
