Runs Have Shapes
Most idle games get faster after a reset. Goblin Gate gets different.
When your push stalls, you Reforge. Your Marks bank. Your warband resets. And you draft a PACT Shard, a power that defines how the next raid fundamentally behaves.
Blood
Build a kill chain. Fast kills feed a damage surge that climbs into a lethal threshold. Lose tempo and the chain fades. The run lives and dies by momentum.
Loot
Engineer jackpots. Every tenth kill erupts in Gold and throws open a frantic spending window. Time your big fighter upgrades around the rush.
Bone
Build the machine. Spectral hands automate the fight. Stack charges and fire Salvos that punch through depth walls raw damage alone can't reach.
Stack Shards across multiple Reforges and let archetypes collide. Blood and Loot trigger a Red Payday, Loot and Bone detonate a Jackpot Salvo. The warband grows stranger and more explosive each cycle.

Reforge gives you Marks and a PACT Shard. Marks compound permanently into your damage. Shards shape the run.
Awaken is different. Spend your lifetime Marks, earn Crowns, and choose a Crown Oath, a permanent path that changes how all future Mark gain scales with depth. After the first Awakening, old walls don't slow you down. They remind you how far you've come. After the second, they're the warm-up.
