About Fallen Elf: Blacklight Tower

Fallen Elf: Blacklight Tower - about the game
Story Overview

The story takes place on the war-torn continent of Emma. The conflict between Orcs and Elves has reached its climax. Led by Uragel, the Splitstone Tribe has conquered the elven city of Eirenshire. After the city's fall, Elizabeth, the Lady of Eirenshire, and Celutia, a knight commander sent from the Imperial Capital as reinforcements, are both captured and imprisoned in a prison controlled by the Orcs.

Players take on the role of Brian, a human warden responsible for maintaining the prison and managing two high-ranking elven prisoners under the orders of the Splitstone Tribe.

Elizabeth is gentle and rational, striving to fulfill her duties as a ruler even in captivity, unwilling to abandon her people. Celutia, on the other hand, is a proud and steadfast knight who regards honor and loyalty as unshakable principles. Faced with two elves who could not be more different, players must choose how to communicate with, train, and influence them, gradually changing their views of Brian, the war, and their own destinies.

Time Management & Character Development

Each day is divided into multiple action periods. Players must decide how to spend their time between advancing the story, managing the prison, exploring locations, gathering resources, and interacting with characters.

Time and resources are always limited, making it impossible to experience every event in a single playthrough. Different priorities, relationship developments, and key decisions will unlock unique story routes and interactions.

As the game progresses, both the prison environment and the relationships between characters will evolve. Improve facilities, handle prison affairs, and interact with characters across various locations. Your management style will not only affect daily events but may also influence Brian's position between the Splitstone Tribe and his elven prisoners.

Two Distinct Main Heroines

The game features two main heroines, Elizabeth and Celutia, each with her own intertwined yet dramatically different character route.

As you spend time with them, you will gradually uncover their pasts, identities, and inner conflicts. Through daily interactions and important decisions, different types of relationships can develop. They may come to trust Brian, grow dependent on him, despise him, or develop far more complicated feelings.

In addition to the two main heroines, several supporting female characters will appear throughout the story. Each possesses her own background, motivations, and side stories, offering different perspectives on life during the war across the continent of Emma.

Many interactions are influenced by character conditions, story progression, time periods, and player choices. Even the same character may react completely differently depending on the relationship and narrative circumstances.

Over 100,000 Words of Story Content

Fallen Elves: Blacklight Tower further expands upon the world established in its predecessor, deepening the history, racial tensions, and political landscape of the continent of Emma.

The game explores not only the war between Orcs and Elves, but also the lives of ordinary soldiers, prisoners, rulers, and bystanders caught within it. Victors are not always righteous, and the defeated are not necessarily innocent. Every character must make choices between power, desire, responsibility, and survival.

Brian is neither a traditional hero nor a mere follower of orders. How he treats his prisoners, manages the prison, and confronts the conflict between Orcs and Elves is entirely up to the player.

Your Choices Shape Everyone's Fate

Multiple Endings

The choices you make throughout the story affect each character's trust, attachment, loyalties, and ultimate fate. A seemingly insignificant decision may later change a character's attitude—or even determine whether she survives and escapes Eirenshire.

You may choose to obey the Splitstone Tribe's commands or secretly uphold your own principles. You may completely break the will of the two elven prisoners or help them preserve their remaining dignity. You may become a ruthless warden, or seek another path amid the chaos of war.

No choice can bring happiness to everyone.

As the war for Eirenshire reaches its conclusion, the destinies of Brian, Elizabeth, and Celutia will be determined entirely by the decisions you make within the prison.
