The Kugelblitz is a German self-propelled anti-aircraft vehicle developed on the chassis of the Pz.Kpfw. IV tank. The vehicle is equipped with an enclosed fully rotating spherical turret, providing reliable protection against shrapnel and small arms fire while being able to engage targets in all directions.
Its primary armament consists of twin 30 mm MK 103/38 automatic cannons with a combined ammunition load of 1,200 rounds, supplemented by a 7.92 mm MG 34 machine gun with 1,800 rounds. This configuration combines a high rate of fire with strong armor penetration capabilities. The Kugelblitz is also highly adept at ground combat: its 30 mm cannons can quickly suppress infantry and penetrate lightly armored vehicles at short to medium ranges with ease.
