Each module, battery, engine, and solar array has its own weight and buoyancy. Strategic placement and constant adjustments are essential to maintain equilibrium and avoid deadly tilts or descent into extreme pressure zones.

From day one, your city drifts on Venus’ winds (~4-day circumnavigation near equator). Once engines unlock full mobility, you can control movement across latitudes and altitudes.
