PLAY AS BOTH SIDES OF THE LAW
In a deviation from the average heist game formula, Thievery:Online has you play as both sides of the law. You'll either be a Thief, entering a building and robbing it, or be a Guard, trained to stop the Thieves and foil their plans.
As a Thief, you can either barge into the building, guns blazing; or you can sneak in and be stealthy. It's your job to infiltrate a building, bypass all security and make away with the cash.
You have helpful utilities to help you against the guards. Remember! The guards can respawn, you cannot.
As a guard, your job is to stop the Thieves before they escape with the money. Unlike Thieves, you can respawn. Each time you respawn, you'll have better gear. You'll start off as a Bank Security Guard and work your way up to be a SWAT Officer.
