Taigania combines classic isometric action RPG mechanics—drawing inspiration from titles like Path of Exile and Diablo—with co-operative world progression centered around expanding villages throughout a massive, procedurally generated world. Choose your class, slay creatures, gather loot, craft items, expand villages, and explore a rich fantasy world with 1–8 players in online co-op.
EXPLORATION
Explore a massive, procedurally generated world. Discover caves and dungeons filled with dangerous creatures, gatherable resources, epic boss battles, and rewarding loot. Choose between WASD movement or traditional click-to-move, depending on your preference.
COMBAT
Experience classic isometric action RPG combat with a variety of abilities to strike your enemies or aid your allies. Taigania aims to provide player combat synergies in co-op, enabling a rewarding multiplayer experience. Each class has access to a dual-resource system, where abilities consume either stamina or mana. Furthermore, combat mechanics such as active blocking and sprinting consume stamina.
VILLAGES
Villages are scattered across the world and serve as your base of operations, granting access to essential gameplay features. Expand villages, upgrade crafting stations, improve equipment, construct new buildings, and unlock new playable world content.
BOSS BATTLES
Engage in epic boss battles, accompanied by themed orchestral soundtracks, to acquire special crafting patterns, materials, equipments, skill gems, and other loot to further empower your character.
CHARACTER BUILD CUSTOMIZATION
Every class has access to various abilities, of which 5 can be simultaneously slotted to the skill bar.
Abilities scale from attributes (strength, dexterity, intelligence, constitution, spirit). Some abilities have various effects that scale from different attributes.
Every piece of armor grants attributes. Craft and equip armor pieces that grant attributes that suit your playstyle.
Armor pieces may also grant stats (such as critical strike chance, health regeneration, and over 60 more). Higher rarity armor pieces grant more stats. Craft and equip armor pieces that grant stats that complement your playstyle.
Gather skill gems, which can be slotted into abilities to alter their properties (such as reduced cooldown, increased damage with increased cooldown, conversion of an offensive spell into a healing spell, and many more). Skill gems come in different tiers of rarity, and the total number of slotted skill gems per ability is limited.
