Song of Maka is a unique 2D adventure puzzle game in which you play as a king of the Kingdom of Birds who has just been reincarnated into his youthful form and must save the Kingdom from its Pandemonium through your graceful voice.
Kingdom of Birds
The main stage for the story of the Song of Maka is the Kingdom of Birds. Long ago, the birds on land were still beasts without sanity. In order to gain the rumoured Wisdom, the birds went to the sky island in the sky and stole the "Sanity" to their land. The light of "Sanity" gave all the birds the capability to speak, and the Kingdom of Birds was established.
Singing and Flying
As a bird, players will interact with many elements of the game world through singing. Different sound waves resonate with various creatures and obstacles, altering them in unique ways to assist players on their adventure.
Exploration and Puzzle-Solving
The core player experience in the game revolves around exploration and puzzle-solving. The world consists of multiple large sky archipelagos, along with many smaller islands to explore. Each major island offers a linear narrative, but players can also uncover hidden secrets and small islands by using various abilities to complete side quests, puzzles, and challenges. Along the way, players will discover mysterious feathers, which may grant special skills or enhance their flying abilities.
