Experimenting with 110+ cards designed to synergize, contradict each other, and occasionally betray you.
Managing mortis, a soul-derived resource that Health & Safety insists is "safe enough" to use unsupervised.
Building and rebuilding decks after each inevitable workplace accident.
Battling procedurally generated bosses built from adjective-domain combinations.
Tracking status effects like Banished, Fogged, and Entombed - all of which are definitely covered under your contract. Maybe.
Revising your strategy because your starter deck is about as effective as a stapler against a hurricane.
THE INTENDED LOOP (PLEASE READ - HR INSISTS):
Attempt a boss fight.

Return to the deckbuilder.
Rethink your life choices.
Discover a synergy you didn't notice before.
Beat the boss.
Hit a harder boss.
