You are Cheeby—a wide-eyed alien explorer in search of a new place to call home. But when your spaceship crash-lands on a mysterious planet known as Critteria, your journey takes an unexpected turn. With no way back, you find yourself in the care of the quirky local residents who offer you shelter... in exchange for one small favor: maintaining their overgrown, slightly magical farm.
As you settle into your new life, you begin to discover the wonders (and weirdness) of Critteria. The planet is home to curious creatures known as Critterlings—each with its own personality, preferences, and quirks. Some are shy and only come out during specific times, some are feisty, and not all of them get along. It’s up to you to create the perfect environment to keep them happy, safe, and thriving.
But not everything is sunshine and sparkles—ghostly enemies occasionally sneak onto your land, frightening your precious Critterlings. While you can’t fight them yourself, you’ll find clever ways to protect your farm and outsmart the threats (like giving them candy).
Oh, and did we mention the planet is ruled by a giant, slightly clueless octopus overlord who demands a yearly “sacrifice”? Don’t worry—it’s mostly harmless. Probably.

In Cosmic Coop, you’ll take control of Cheeby, a cheerful alien explorer who’s found themselves stranded on the vibrant planet of Critteria. But all is not lost—customize your Cheeby with a variety of hairstyles, cheek colors, and unlockable hats to express your style and make your farm feel like home.
Your journey begins on your very own farm, where you'll gather materials by clearing trees, bushes, rocks, and other clutter scattered across the land. Use what you collect to craft and place decorations—from towering scratching poles and funky disco balls to serene trees and cozy corners. Every item you place changes the vibe of your farm and plays a role in attracting different types of Critterlings.

As you nurture your farm and attract a variety of Critterlings, you might discover mysterious eggs left behind by your new little friends. Incubate these eggs to hatch new Critterlings, and
if you’re lucky, you could end up with a rare variant to add to your collection!

For a change of pace, visit the peaceful coastline where you’ll meet Finn, a retired dolphin, and his two pet whales. Finn always has a tale to tell—and sometimes, rare goods to trade if you catch him in the right mood.

Each adorable Critterling has its own cozy little coop to call home, and they'll start visiting your farm when you make it irresistibly appealing.
You can attract Critterlings by decorating your farm in just the right way or by creating a lively environment where other Critterlings are already happily living. Experiment with different farm designs to entice new Critterlings to join your growing community.
Some Critterlings are rarer and a bit more elusive. You might encounter these special little creatures by chance, as they might only be drawn out only in the evenings or during a particular season. It's up to you to discover what lures them in and make sure they feel right at home, becoming loyal residents of your farm!
