THE STORY
Earth didn’t just fall—it turned desperate. As forests vanished and survival collapsed, humans engineered bugs to last longer… then escalated into cruelty: breeding, reshaping, and enslaving entire species as food, tools, and weapons.
The swarms mutated, fought back, and forced humanity from the planet—yet not all of them died. A remnant fled, watching from afar. In the silence that followed, three Queens rose to unite the surface and form Volucris—while far beneath, the leftovers of human experiments continued to evolve into something far worse.

During gameplay, you may gain one additional random ability, opening new combos

Each character supports multiple build paths—from raw damage and critical bursts to sustain, defense, and control—depending on how you upgrade.

Clear a map on Normal to unlock Hard
Beat that map on Hard to reveal its story chapter
Hard difficulty also introduces quick quests, such as defending objectives or hunting elite enemies
Clear Hard to unlock Extreme
Extreme adds additional threats, including environmental events like tornadoes, meteor showers, and more
Complete Extreme to unlock that map’s endless variant…

A Chaos Level rises as you kill enemies
When it fills, a boss appears
Defeat the boss to choose one of 3 Curse Cards
Curses are negative modifiers that reshape your run and escalate difficulty
A Merchant appears at key milestones
Spend Teeth dropped by enemies to buy power-ups, healing, and other run-saving tools
