Players knock a ball into their opponent's goal in this indie strategy sports game, reminiscent of air hockey with a twist. Matches unfold with both sides altering rules and mechanics mid-game to gain the upper hand, like shrinking a goal to block a score or switching the scoring system when trailing. These changes impact everyone equally, sparking hilarious chaos alongside sharp strategy where no two games match. Choose from 8 characters, each boasting a distinct specialty, and jump into local versus, 2 vs 2 team play, or online matches through Steam Remote Play Together. Test skills solo against AI in standard bouts or Score Attack for maximum goals, or watch bots clash. Streamers enable Twitch crowds to tweak rules via Crowd Control on Windows, plus a hidden unlockable mode awaits discovery. Fans of unpredictable, rule-bending competition thrive here.

Inspired by "Calvinball", from the comic "Calvin and Hobbes" by Bill Watterson, Bedlamball plays a bit like air hockey. Each player attempts to knock the ball into the other player's goal, but both sides can modify rules and mechanics of the game in the middle of the match to their advantage. Opponent about to score? Shrink the goal! Far behind in points? Change the scoring method! Just remember everything you change affects your opponent in the same way! Hilariously chaotic, while also surprisingly strategic, you never have to play the same way twice.
