Permanently unlocks premium content such as cooler main menu, exclusive servers, and exclusive cyber items.
The main menu contains a audio visuallizer which is 100x better than the old one. (and you can switch between them if you want)
The only exclusive shiny items are included in this dlc and there are a lot combine into a suit.
The exclusive servers are just some servers with dlc only enabled.
