A good referee must also strategically spread his strength over the whole game to avoid a situation where the action is happening beyond his reach. You can take a moment to relax with constant parts of the game or browsing the VAR, but this will not help to regenerate strength.
Obvious errors in the assessment of the situation, apart from the fact that after each match, the referee鈥檚 work is assessed by the referee commission, cause brawls on the pitch and very stressful disapproval of the audience. And in stress, it is easier to make further mistakes.
