Journey Before Destination - Our vision for Skibi's Castle TD 2 is to reimagine tower defense from the ground up, merging upfront auto-battler planning with puzzle-like levels. SK2 is the first step in the journey for us, just like the original (fun fact: the Blizzard version of the game was actually Skibi Castle TD 1 version 6). To that end, we plan to have the full release before the year is out so you have a cool new game to play, and we can enjoy our holidays ːlunar2019grinningpigː.
After the game is released, our next step in 2025 is to listen to your feedback and expand upon the core gameplay. This could mean borrowing from roguelike and idle game systems, improving on the traditional survival mode, or introducing something new like a bullet hell tower defense RTS mission hybrid.
