Deep within the facility, ethics have been discarded for progress. Those who were once patients are now deformed results of experiments, each with mutations that have rewritten their senses and primal instincts.
To survive, you must learn the behaviors of your hunters:

ā¢ The Sirens: Experiments focused on vocal cords have created beings capable of piercing shrieks. If they spot you, their scream won't just paralyze you with fear, it will alert every other horror in the vicinity to your exact location.
ā¢ The Trappers: Malicious and cunning, these enemies do not hunt you openly. They prefer the shadows, setting obstacles and snares to immobilize you, turning you into an easy meal for whatever else wanders in the dark.
