Play chess against a friend or stranger, but expect your strategies to shatter under sniper fire from rooks or machine-gun bursts from queens. The king slices back with a sword if you slip up, turning familiar tactics into a test of quick aim in this FPS twist. Each piece wields distinct weapons and abilities across six unique toolkits. Jump into online lobbies, LAN matches, or local split-screen 1v1 duels, with a fun room to roam mid-battle and a custom board editor for mixing favorite pieces. This free-to-play action-strategy game on PC suits casual players who enjoy blending chess smarts with shooter reflexes. Crafted as a student project at DigiPen Institute of Technology for educational purposes.



Play an ordinary game of chess against a friend or a stranger.

However, all your intricate strategies will crumble before the enemy rook's sniper trick-shot.
All your practiced openings and counters will amount to nothing before the enemy queen's randomly sprayed machine gun.
You finally checkmate the king. Unfortunately, it seems you are not ready for this fight. 5 seconds in and you've been sliced in half by the king's sword.

It turns out you are not playing Chess at all, but an FPS. Just make sure to practice your aim!
