例えば「すし（寿司）」のようなお題に沿ったアイテムを作り出します。
完成したアイテムをプレゼントして、喜んでもらったり
またはとんでもないものを渡してその反応を楽しんだりしましょう。
お題はプレゼントごとに変わり
「○○○な飾る物」「○ー○なプレゼント」といったトリッキーなものも出現します。
お題にマッチしたものを渡さないと話が進みませんが、
