Even with a Dreamweaver nearby, you are now in the Inbetween, and your sanity is at risk. Between the unnatural horrors roaming the lands, the mental toll of wielding powerful spells, and unseeable scenes etched in your memory, you will need to balance staying alive with staying sane. Remember, don't believe everything you see.Your story
You are Folke, Gunslinger in training. After losing your mentor, you're not sure if it's even possible to finish your training. But you have sworn the Creed and taken the oath. So the people of Indringhem are now yours to protect. With an ever-sleeping Dreamweaver as your only company, you must follow the Land Shackles to Brucsele, through the Inbetween and bring back salvation. The Worlde of Yesterdreamt
The Eld Riche was quite literally torn asunder by the Calamity. From the Inbetween came unspeakable horrors, and people drew back into the Burghs for safety. The Land Shackles were created to keep the Burghs from drifting further apart. Thaumaturges, a secretive caste of hooded figures who wielded the most powerful magicks, used their Authority to appoint the Dreamweavers. The Weavers would make the ultimate sacrifice, for in their eternal slumber they powered the Reverie, a protective ward against the Inbetween. For a time, this kept the Burghs safe and all its inhabitants sane. All inhabitants, save for the Gunslingers, who were tasked with patrolling the Land Shackles. One by one, the Inbetween took them.
Now the Reverie is failing. The thaumaturge of Idringhem needs to consult the books of the lost city of Broucksele. It's up to you to bring back salvation!
