The White Sea is the debut title from Spanish indie studio Shinrai Interactive, a psychological horror game set in a version of the United States during the 1980s and 1990s. Players will experience terror firsthand through a fully immersive 3D first-person perspective.
Allison Graham, a journalist for a well-known news network, is assigned to cover a story in White Sea, a town in northern Montana County that was abandoned and isolated by the federal government due to a series of disappearances that occurred in 1998, about 25 years ago.
Soon, she finds herself trapped in a twisted show where she has been chosen as the main participant. Nothing there is real, and she must confront her darkest traumas and memories from the past.
The White Sea captures the core elements of psychological horror and exploration like never before.
The game includes:
Atmospheric environments, an unsettling original soundtrack, and immersive, realistic graphics.
A gameplay based on exploration, puzzles and survival through mechanics strongly linked to the narrative.
Intense cutscenes that complement an enigmatic narrative.
