This institution was built in a very interesting place and had an interesting history. It was built on the site of a former hospital for the mentally ill, the only one of its kind. The patients were distributed to other hospitals, and the two-story building and the adjacent buildings were demolished. And six months later, on the site where the mentally ill were dying in agony, the station grew. But even here not everything was smooth. Others complained that things were going missing in their store or electronics were malfunctioning. And Alexei's coworkers repeatedly complained about camera outages.
