About The Haunted Riddle

The Haunted Riddle - about the game

The Haunted Riddle is a 1-4 player online co-op psychological horror game.
You enter a mysterious mansion to investigate its dark past, but things quickly spiral into a nightmare. The mansion is haunted, and as you explore, you’ll uncover strange symbols, solve puzzles and riddles in your attempt to uncover their meaning all while your paranoia rises and pulls you into madness.

Each player must select a character from a variety of characters each with different skills, perks, and professions. Some puzzles require specific abilities to solve, so choose your character wisely.

Characters
  • Xùn Léi - Electrician from Guangzhou, China

  • Jamal "J-Riot" Carter - Artist from Chicago, Illinois, USA

  • Hans “Iron Wolf” Schäfer - Veteran from Rheine, Germany

  • Edda “Amber” Abbas - Treasure Hunter from İzmir, Turkey

  • Lyubo “The Boss” Andreev - Clockmaster from Yambol, Bulgaria

  • Just Tobi - Construction worker from Eldorado, Sinaloa, Mexico

Gameplay
  • Full Voice Recognition: The mansion can hear your precious voice! Use it wisely.

  • Proximity Voice Chat: Your friends can hear your scream... That might help them figure out where you are, but be careful... echoes can be deceiving.

  • Dynamic Puzzles & Riddles: Every playthrough is different. Puzzles and symbols are randomly placed, so you'll have to find them in different areas each time. Stay sharp and think fast!

  • Character Roles & Skills: Each character brings something unique to the table—some can fix electronics, others can read ancient symbols, and a few might even calm down paranoid teammates. Team composition matters!

  • Haunting Events: The mansion is alive. Expect the unexpected—mysterious and unexplainable events happen even when you're not looking.

  • Replayability: With randomized puzzle locations, character combinations, and haunt events, no two games are the same. One run might end in laughter... the next in screams.
