Choosing to escape means forfeiting the chance to seize more and better treasures!Each descent to a deeper floor promises greater rewards, but also greater danger. If you die during a run, you’ll lose all items on your characters—or even the characters themselves.
You can spend gold to strengthen your squad mid-run, but this reduces the amount of gold you can extract. Still, escaping with some gold is better than losing it all!
