Scraptory is a base-building RTS game with a twist: when you extract all the resources in an area or get overrun by enemies, your castle-factory can simply stand up and walk away. There is a world to explore, secrets to discover, and factions to interact with.
When you find a resource you want or a place you just like, sit down almost anywhere and start building. Enemy attacks are triggered by and scale with your base's industrial activity in each location. You decide where to deploy.
Use the materials you produce to complete objectives, upgrade your castle, or sell them to the same corporations and smugglers responsible for turning your once-idyllic planet into a dangerous wasteland. Join them in exploiting it, attempt to escape, or try to save it. You decide.

Lore
Your generation has never known the world before trash started raining from the sky. A once-idyllic and primitive planet where the sky was the edge of the known universe. Now, countless objects burn through the atmosphere day and night while hulking derelict space ships and stations shatter on the ground, dangerous chemicals and killer machines sometimes spilling out of them.
No one knew the cause of the onslaught until now. After you reactivated and began living inside one of the fallen hulks. It started receiving radio transmissions from off world, automated transmission demanding strange payments. You answered and learned that your world had been unknowingly sold as a galactic corporation's scrap yard.
With the advanced machinery on board, you built a fortress, automated factory, and home that can roam the land. Now, what you do with your powerful machine is up to you.
