ReX - about the game
A mercenary soldier battles through a Rex Corporation facility overrun by a mad scientist's cyborg zombies. Hired to neutralize the scientist and his minions, players navigate pixel art platformer levels filled with evolving enemies and tough bosses. The core loop involves killing foes, grabbing coins, and spending them in the in-game weapon shop to gear up for tougher fights. This indie action-adventure packs 55 levels across 5 chapters, controller support for gameplay, and high difficulty that demands repeated tries. Old-school 8-bit music sets the tone amid casual yet intense sessions on PC. Hardcore platformer fans who relish dying often and upgrading weapons will find their match.

Rex Corporation the leading company of the world in robotics is helping humanity for generations but a scientist turned mad started experimenting on the dead and turned them into cyborg zombies, and he has taken over the facility. You play as mercenary soldier hired by rex corps. Your job is find the mad scientist and neutralize him and it his minions.
