In 2095 the meteor 2010-RF12 split upon atmospheric entry and struck the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, ejecting most planetary water into space and leaving the surface parched. Society collapsed, factories closed, and food production ended. Between 2030 and 2090 many humans underwent surgical cybernetic implants that produced mutations and new biological abilities. In 2096 the last survivors battle mutant lifeforms for water while Cyber-Duo searches the wasteland for the final human city. Remnants of the old world include skeletons of desert wanderers and small oil operations powering shack towns and generators.
Early Access and Future Plans
The game is currently in early access with additional content planned over the coming months.
