As your small town is coming to grips with multiple mysterious disappearances you get a premonition in a dream that you are destined to die in three days. The game reacts to the choices you make. Will you hide from your fate? Spend your last few days with loved ones? Try to break the cycle? Or rediscover the secrets of your past?
Developed in Renpy, this game is the first major project from a solo developer. In Lake of Darkness you follow a teenager as they try to understand the strange town they live in and defeat an inescapable ominous pursuer. Taking place over 3 days you have limited time to prepare for their arrival and to understand the mysteries surrounding these strange creatures.
