About I Had a Plan!

I Had a Plan! - about the game
You play as a brilliant wizard leading a team through dungeons and enchanted forests. In this tactical roguelite semi-autobattler on PC, you issue orders to 2D characters on 3D hex grids, earning bonuses if they obey or building frustration if they ignore you. A full frustration meter unleashes a devastating fireball on your own squad. Watch your team battle autonomously or guide them to victory while recruiting new characters, equipping wild weapons, and applying magical charms. Navigate paths across mysterious realms with realm quests and discoveries fueling metaprogression. Fans of command-driven RPG adventures and unpredictable team antics will keep returning for more chaotic runs.

I HAD A PLAN!

You are a Wizard. A brilliant Wizard, with a brilliant plan. Unfortunately you also have team mates. As you make your way through dungeons and enchanted forests alike, you need to manage your team mates… and your frustration. I Had A Plan! is a Tactical Roguelite Semi-Autobattler, which takes place in a 3D world with Hex Grids, using 2D Characters.

GIVE COMMANDS!

You don’t fight with your Wizard directly, instead you can give your team orders, which they might follow. If they do listen, they follow your orders and get a small bonus to that action. If they do not however, your frustration grows. Your frustration meter is vital, once it fills up, there is only one answer: Fireball.

WATCH THEM FIGHT!

Don't feel like telling them what to do? Maybe they're smart enough to win by themselves! Or maybe they're not, and they'll burn, it's a win-win!

AND MUCH MORE!

- Find new Characters to Recruit!

- Equip your team with insane weapons!

- Use magical Charms to shape your run and break the game!

- Choose your path through mysterious Realms!

- Discoveries, Realm Quests and Metaprogression will keep you coming back!
