War has never been a unique thing in history books or movies, especially in this era of change
Welcome to "Hot War21st: Black Sea", a modern military strategy game. This game will be based on real-life weapons and equipment, aiming to recreate a real modern war as much as possible.
Game mechanics
Players don't need to personally operate basic units such as infantry or vehicles, only need to be responsible for deployment. After deployment, the basic units will go to the front line to fight against the enemy on their own.
But players can control tactical units directly under the command center, such as army artillery groups, long-range air defense units, air support, and so on.
Troops
Both sides will have two troops available in the EA version
Blue: 33rd Assault Brigade, 87th Mechanized Brigade
Red: 227th Motorized Infantry Division, 45th Naval Infantry Brigade
Experimental function
The EA version may not have been fully implemented
Group member system: allows a group unit to manage multiple subordinate members, such as an infantry squad, whose subordinate infantry members will all have independent states and health, avoiding situations like in some games where only the last person in an infantry squad can fire three weapons at the same time. The units expected to implement the group system include: all infantry teams, artillery groups, BUK air defense units, drone pilots, and personal carrier groups (allowing two Humvees to carry one 8-person infantry squad)
Intercept system: Units equipped with radar, including heavy air defense and fixed wings, will share data links. When facing a large number of targets, they can automatically allocate targets reasonably to intercept units, so as not to be easily defeated by saturation attacks and avoid wasting ammunition. The targets that can be intercepted include enemy fixed wings, helicopters, drones, rockets, missiles, etc. In the past, almost no RTS games could achieve this function
Artillery setup and auto relocation: All artillery units need to setup before firing, and after firing, they need to pack up before moving, simulate the workflow of artillery work in reality. Towed artillery has the longest setup time, followed by truck based artillery, and the fastest is self-propelled artillery. After completing the shooting, it usually automatically relocate to a reasonable position to prevent being destroyed by anti-artillery fire
Drone interference and anti-interference: Electronic countermeasures will take the battlefield stage, using various means to enhance the electronic warfare capability of the battlefield, which can force enemy Drone controllers to approach the front line. By using anti drone machine guns and spectrum detectors to counter drones, the anti drone system can locate the position of the drone controller through signals. Drones can also be equipped with various anti-interference measures, such as upgrading high-speed frequency hopping and equipping with fiber optics
