About the Game
HERESIS is an immersive 3D single-player adventure game that takes you into the heart of a [Korean Hospital & Shamanism]. Combining Horror, Escape, Adventure, this experience invites players to delve into a hospital with mysterious shamanic elements, unraveling secrets and facing challenges along the way.
As Internet Streamer, you’ll embark on a journey to infiltrate an abandoned hospital and find out the secrets of a pseudo-religious group. Explore mysterious environments, overcome obstacles, and engage with collect clues, guess the password, and escape from the hospital.

HERESIS 2025.01.30 Patch Notes
1. Improved Central Focus UI
The interaction key [E] now only appears when there are interactable objects during gameplay.
2. Enhanced Clue Item Display
Pressing the [E] key in front of clue items will display a UI showing the order of the clues and descriptions of the items. Additionally, the password hints for clues have been made more intuitive.
3. Added Floor Plan for First Floor of Hospital Map
A floor plan has been added to help players identify their current location, the location of clue items, and the layout of the first floor of the hospital.
4. Fixed Door Lock Sound Playback Error in Hospital Map
The error where the locked sound played when pressing the [E] key while away from the door lock object has been corrected.
5. Cursor Hidden on Screen
The cursor that was distracting during gameplay has been hidden.
6. Changed UI Font in Game
The font used for objectives and dialogue output in the game has been changed.
7. Improved Camera Lens Distortion Effect in PostProcessing
The lens distortion value has been lowered to help alleviate discomfort during gameplay.
8. Removed Looping Cutscene Error in Underground Shrine Map
The looping cutscene that played at the start of the underground shrine map has been removed.
9. Improved Character Behavior Logic
The movement of the Shaman character in the underground shrine map has been improved.
The movement and attack judgment logic for the fanatic character in the underground construction site map have been enhanced.
The action range and movement of the Doctor character in the underground psychiatric ward map have been adjusted.
10. Removed Fall Area in Emergency Room of Hospital Map
The area where players could fall out of the map due to an open door has been removed.
1. Addition of user settings features such as mouse sensitivity, sound, and resolution.
2. Save and load functionality for progress information.
3. Addition of attack judgment and motions for each character.
4. Improvement of the UI graphics for the first-floor door lock.
