The "Gondii" Infection The infected are not just mindless zombies. Driven to madness and stripped of their senses, the "Gondii" rely heavily on sound. If you get infected, you will lose your sight, forcing you to navigate the terrifying environment using only audio cues.
Intense Survival Mechanics
Hide and Breathe: Running is not always an option. Hide from enemies, hold your breath to stay silent, or take deep breaths to calm your rising panic.
Physiological System: Your stamina is directly tied to your heart rate and breathing. Push yourself too hard, and your own body will betray your location.
Unpredictable Horror: Enemy spawns and item locations are randomized, ensuring that no two playthroughs are ever the same.
