This game mode is structured around a ranking system and with skill and perseverance, you can rise to the prestigious Champion Division, where the best players face off to prove their mastery of the world. On your way to the Champion Division, you’ll access new features and game modes, such as No Move and the legendary NMPZ.
In addition to the full Solo Duels experience, you can access Quickplay Solo Duels and Quickplay Team Duels - available for both paying and free users. Team up with a Steam friend and play together against another duo from anywhere in the world!

Having a GeoGuessr browser subscription does not grant you full access to the GeoGuessr Steam Edition, unless you have an Unlimited Yearly or Elite Yearly subscription. Nor does a GeoGuessr Steam Pass grant you access to the GeoGuessr browser version.
GeoGuessr Steam Pass holders will be able to cross-play against GeoGuessr browser subscribers and vice versa.
