Story
You are given the role of the Mind Gardener. It is your task to maintain the thoughts of your person, and in doing so try to relieve some of their anxiety and depression. Every mind gardener knows a little bit of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which allows you to categorize distorted thoughts and afterwards replace them with realistic thoughts. You start with a person whose only thoughts are distorted, and you must work your way towards a healthy-minded individual.Aesthetics
Each plant represents a healthy "realistic" thought, from the teachings of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Likewise, each weed represents an unhealthy "distorted" thought.
