About Five Nights At PT's Remastered

Five Nights At PT's Remastered - about the game

You're stuck in an office. That's not that bad.

There's limited power. That's alright.

There's people outside. Well, that's not terrible.

They're after you.

Good luck.

July 15, 2023.

An amateur scratch coder, inspired by the works of Scott Cawthon, makes his first big game.

Five Nights at PT's.

Was it good back then? Maybe.

How about now?

...

Anyways, the author has grown more sharpened skills since its initial release.

Art style improved, coding optimized, better game design.

He takes his broken base and refurbishes it to the best of his ability, trying to keep the original's charm.

Let's hope he did it well.

Welcome to Five Nights at PT's Remastered!

We love seeing new faces around here at PT's Pizzeria. Always nice to let new staff in.

Funny enough, I don't remember holding an interview for them. Hm.

Now you're telling me they don't work here?

Our security system's all out of whack. The doors stay shut in the mornings and open at night.
Not to mention that your power supply is NOT as big as you think it is.

If they get stuck inside (highly unlikely) they can just get out after hours. Too easy.

Now, if something were to prevent their easy escape, that would be a whole different story.

Luckily, there's nothing out there.

Absolutely nothing at all.

Stuck in the office. Desired by all. (I wouldn't say "desired")

They are outside and trying to get in. Why? Don't ask me.

Power slowly drains throughout the nights. You can try to slow it down, but it will never stop.

Wouldn't be a security office without cameras. No, we couldn't afford full video. The cameras only take pictures when you click on them. Try to refresh as much as possible.

When they get past the cameras, don't panic. You have doors. On both sides, in fact. The doors have to be held closed though.

Do you have absolutely no idea where somebody is? Are you concerned that they're at your door? Luckily, the flash beacon is here to fix all your problems. Only problem is, the more it's used, the more power gets drained each flash. Don't know why (this place is ancient).

After you're done for the night, the main power comes back on, shutting the doors until the next night arrives. We're closed on Saturdays, so after five nights you should be able to get out of there.

Keep calm and everything should be fine.

Have fun.

Theatrics Aside...

After each night, a short pixelated cutscene will play. It explains the story and characters. They are also interactive, like a top-down game, where you can move around and interact with objects.

Each of the five people trying to get in have different strategies and methods to infiltrate your defense. Some attack you directly, others only move when the cameras are down, and some of them even try to sabotage your resources, causing you to have to turn around and reset your systems.

Like the sequel, this game was made in Scratch using Turbowarp, packaged with Electron. The original game is still available to play for free on the Scratch website. There are some major gameplay changes in this iteration aside from the art being better.

A Word From the Developer

It was AWESOME to work on a project focused mainly on art, at least at first. I soon realized that the game barely functioned, so I took up the task of re-writing. Make no mistake, I still LOVED making this and developing my art style more. Thanks to StopDrop for giving me motivation to make another game.
