About Epic Battle Fantasy Collection

Epic Battle Fantasy Collection - about the game

The Epic Battle Fantasy Collection compiles eight short games originally created in the early days of the internet into one package for PC. These titles span turn-based RPGs, shoot-em-ups, platformers, clickers, and other casual experiences, each refreshed with difficulty settings, accessibility options, and other quality-of-life adjustments.

Gameplay

Bullet Heaven challenges players to dodge waves of projectiles in a shoot-em-up format, with upgrades available to unlock and support for both mouse and keyboard controls. Four new playable characters appear in this updated version.

Adventure Story focuses on jumping and combat across levels, where characters gain experience, equipment, and spells. Keyboard or controller input works here, and the update adds new levels, bosses, and abilities.

Epic Battle Fantasy 1 and its sequel Epic Battle Fantasy 2 deliver turn-based RPG combat. The first starts players with high-level characters facing enemy waves, now including checkpoints and a revised soundtrack. The second expands with character customization and limit breaks, while rebalancing difficulty and resolving bugs for more build variety.

Brawl Royale operates as a quick reaction game against CPU or human opponents, featuring violent animations and four difficulty levels plus a new soundtrack.

The Kitten Game functions as a clicker where players eliminate cats in various scenarios, with balanced difficulty and an added auto-clicker to reduce physical strain.

Mecha Dress Up Game lets users assemble robots from numerous parts, with improved controls, color selection, and a fresh soundtrack. Screenshots can be shared.

Cat Cafe involves serving drinks to cats in a straightforward time-based loop suited for background play.

Game Modes

The collection structures its content around these distinct experiences rather than traditional modes. Bullet Heaven emphasizes survival and upgrades in bullet-hell style encounters. Adventure Story provides platforming progression with combat and collection elements. The two Epic Battle Fantasy entries focus on turn-based battles with escalating complexity in the sequel. Brawl Royale offers direct competitive duels. The Kitten Game delivers repetitive clicking with humorous setups. Mecha Dress Up Game centers on creative assembly. Cat Cafe prioritizes quick service tasks. Additional galleries, prototypes, and series lore appear as extra content, along with hidden images in the files.

Additional Content and Soundtrack

Art galleries and development materials provide insight into the series history. The full soundtrack comes as free DLC with 65 tracks total. Most individual games finish in one session, though the 150 achievements across the package encourage multiple playthroughs for completionists.

Is It Worth Playing?

Players seeking short, varied indie experiences will find value in the updated collection. The quality-of-life changes make older titles more approachable, and the range of genres suits different moods without requiring long commitments. Positive reception highlights the nostalgic appeal and replay value through achievements. Those who enjoy simple mechanics, humor, and collecting will likely appreciate the package, while those preferring deep single-genre campaigns may find the brevity limiting.
