Dungeon Directive is an open-ended guild master simulator RPG!
As the new guild master, it is your job to rebuild the guild, recruit capable and unpredictable heroes, and send them into the depths. Each expedition brings new dangers, treasures, and stories. Some heroes will return stronger than ever. Others may not return at all. With time, your guild will grow not just in power, but in reputation and history.
This is a place where bonds matter and choices have lasting impact. Heroes form attachments, hold grudges, and even build families. The deeper your roots grow, the stronger your legacy becomes.
Features
Unique NPC Heroes. Each hero has randomized stats, abilities and rankings along with personality shaped by traits, moods, memories, and experiences. These personalities influence everything from quest choices to loyalty and teamwork.
Guild Hall Management. Customize your guild hall with visual upgrades and decorations to make it feel like home. Personalize the space, track your heroes, review quests, serve thirsty heroes and manage every part of your growing guild from one central location.
A Living World. Time moves forward whether you act or not. Heroes age, new faces arrive, and some vanish forever. Choices made now ripple through the years. Your guild is not just a building. It is a community built on memory and meaning.
Deep Quest System. Build parties based on class, skill, personality, and relationship dynamics. Quests vary in length and danger. Not every party comes back the same.
Relationships and Storytelling. You and the heroes interact with one another in meaningful ways. You can build friendships, form rivalries, or fall in love. These bonds shape the future of your guild.
Lineage and Generations. Both you and your heroes can marry, raise children, and start families. Traits, skills, and history are passed down through generations.
1–4 Player Multiplayer. Play solo or bring up to three friends into your guild. Work together to manage heroes, plan quests, and make tough decisions. Share resources, build your guild cooperatively, or each take charge of different parts of your growing organization.
Auto Battler Combat. Combat is handled through an auto battler system. Heroes act automatically based on their stats, equipment, and traits with some assistance from spell casting by the guild master.
Crafting and Inventory. Collect rare materials from dungeon runs and use them to create powerful equipment. Items can boost stats or unlock new tactics.
