Blast through endless waves of invaders as the Galactic Consul's top star pilot in this intense 8-bit inspired action shoot 'em up. Face off against nine handcrafted enemies and battle the evolving Death Comet, which gains new attacks with every encounter. Rack up points to level up your ship and climb the global leaderboard. Dynamic enemy waves keep each run fresh and tough, while an ever-shifting boss fight demands quick reflexes. Achievements track your progress through the chaos. Fans of classic arcade scoring chases and relentless space combat will keep coming back for high-score supremacy.

Inspired by the heyday of 8-bit arcade gaming, Crome: Before Purgatory is an intense space shoot em' up experience. Play as the Galactic Consul's best star pilot, Crome, and fend off endless hoards of invaders and the mysterious force known as the "Death Comet" while competing for the top score on the global leaderboard.

Prequel to the much anticipated Super Crome (early access in 2019).
