- Local for 2-8 players: with all sorts of combinations -- 1v1v1v1, 3v3, 7v1, etc. Plus, you can adjust the handicap setting to level the playing field. (Please note that the game likely only supports up to 4 Xbox controllers depending on your device/setup)
- Local single player: hone your skills with some simple challenges.
Getting started
You'll learn the basics with our Quick Start tutorial. It's fun, focused, and immediately competitive. And you can do it with 1 to 8 players at the same time, so everyone will get up to speed quick.Featuring
- Bomb swording, sword throwing, explosion escaping, playing-in-peril action
- Use items like bombs, dynamite, cannons, and freezers to create explosive combos and outsmart your enemies
- Invent new strategies and find your playstyle
- Super high skill ceiling
- (Advanced) Fancy movement: jumps, bounces, dashes, and recoil. Btw, thanks for reading all this. Ok, here's a sneaky tip: there's no double-jump in the game per se, but you can throw your sword down to get a nice recoil boost
- Devious trickery? Indeed. (set up "trap shots" to lure opponents in)
- Teams! (Or alternatively: solo!)
- Limbo: You’re never truly eliminated... but you do become stuck in place. Explode your way back to life!
- Customize your game: remap controls, adjust items and mode settings, plus the usual stuff
- Lastly, there's an in-game in-depth reference guide featuring videos and explanations of many of the advanced mechanics!
(* the game does actually support keyboard/mouse to a basic degree... but we highly highly highly recommend playing with a gamepad)
