Under the joint investigation of Morrison, an officer at Elybrugh Police Department, and his friend Mentha—a lawyer—the cause of the incident seems to point towards St.Anthony's Juvenile Academy—an institution represented by Professor Freeman, a giant in neurosurgery, aimed at addressing increasing juvenile delinquency and psychological issues in society annually.
