This DLC will allow you to customise party names and party abbreviations for non-player parties. Player party name change is included in the base game, no DLC required.
Make sure that Steam and your internet connection are working properly and that the DLC is installed in your Steam library in order for the party name and abbreviation edit buttons to be activated.
