Doubledecker cars built in Germany from 1988 to 1989 power regional passenger transport across Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Germany. These 26.8m vehicles run on Gorlitz VI bogeys with disk brakes and reach 120 km/h. Train simulation enthusiasts operate a classic model featuring photorealistic textures and full PBR materials.
Doors open and close through the Properties tab or during passenger loading and unloading, complete with sounds. Animated couplers, air hoses, and three buffer contact sound levels add realism, alongside custom bogey noises and a detailed interior across lower, middle, and upper decks. Editable destination boards let you set departure, destination, and via stations, with interior and exterior night modes plus up to six LOD levels for smooth simulation runs.
Manufactured from 1988 until 1989 at the "VEB Waggonbau Goerlitz" factory in Germany, these doubledecker cars were and still are used for regional passenger transport in Poland, although many(if not all) were modernised. They are 26,8m in length, sit on Gorlitz VI bogeys with disk brakes, have a top speed of 120km/h and are present in other countries also, such as Romania, Czech Republic and Germany.
