Leadrot Mine for Shadowdark RPG
Levels 1 to 9Suffer the sweltering tunnels of Leadrot Mine and face its deathless guardian within!
Overview
Dare your characters explore the lava-filled tunnels of an abandoned dwarven mine and face its deadly denizens? Originally called 'Tobar-M?r' (Pit of Kings) in the language of the dwarves, Leadrot Mine is one of the oldest dwarven mines in existence. Rich in gold, azurite copper, and rare horn-silver, the mine was the dwarves' prime source of ore for making the legendary Queen's Metal; a sacred alloy whose secret formula has since been lost to time. In those early days, the dwarves experimented with alchemy to blast, burn and melt a path through the rock. They could not foresee how the compounds used would react with the plentiful lead ore in the mine, causing the lead itself to rot away. As the rot spread, entire sections of the mine collapsed into the magma chambers below and the mine was abandoned to denizens of the dark.
Leadrot Mine is an abandoned mine, afflicted by an alchemical blight causing the ore to rot away and open chasms to the boiling magma chambers below.

Versatility
For each NPC encounter, the Fantasy Grounds adaptation also includes a list of recommended alternative encounters based on party level. The list ranges from party level one to party level nine, assuming four PCs. Using these lists, the GM can quickly adjust encounter difficulty to match the strength of the party.
What are Dungeon Domains?
Dungeon Domains are hand-drawn geomorphs representing sections of dungeons, caverns, sewers, or catacombs, fleshed out with flavourful and detailed descriptions of each area, as well as a unique legend explaining the dungeon's history. Every Dungeon Domain has been designed to connect seamlessly with any of its sister products, allowing GMs to construct or expand dungeons of any size with minimal effort. The Fantasy Grounds adaptation includes two versions of the player map: one with open map edges allowing for expansion, and one with closed map edges for using this product in isolation.
